From 3rd – 5th May Imagination exhibited at ESC 2011 (Embedded Systems Conference) in San Jose. This show was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase our FlowWorld internet portal and METAFlow processor, the key parts of our Flow Technology offering.

The FlowWorld portal enables any consumer with a device containing Flow Technology to access content and connected services.

The new portal was demo’d with the help of FlowBear, an interactive character demo connected to the portal. He had his firmware switched so many times over wi-fi he didn’t know if he was coming or going!

There are several levels of Flow depending on the device that you have. The lowest level FlowWorld offering enables software upgrades for the connected device, with optional add-ons for radio and music content services and payment provision.

FlowWorld can be licensed by those wishing to implement these services on their METAFlow connected products and the FlowWorld user interface can be tailored to meet licensees’ needs.
