High-performance RF IP
The High-performance Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RF IPs provide a compact ultra-small form factor solution with minimal external components to drive the costs for mass production volumes and allows for flexibility in solution size, form factor, and functionality. Utilising advanced design techniques and process technology to deliver the lowest active and idle power; extending the system battery life while maintaining consistent connectivity and still provides a rich set of features. The RF front-end utilises direct conversion receiver and transmitter with no external trimming required in production except for XO frequency trimming.
Integrated power management
Our High-performance Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RF IPs offer fully integrated power management with DC-DC converter integration. This allows direct connection to battery and eliminates external components and cost.
High performance and low power consumption
With low power consumption and a small die area, the High-performance Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RF IPs support power compensation of internal power amplifiers to produce stable transmit power across temperature. Fast Automatic Gain Control and wide dynamic range allows for excellent robustness against fading with low phase noise and fast switching time.
CRF5500 RF and PWR IP in TSMC 40nm LP
Ensigma CRF5500 Wi-Fi RFIC IP is a low power, high-performance, highly flexible, dual-band IEEE 802.11ac and Bluetooth Radio which provides an optimum RF Transmitter/Receiver for the Ensigma Radio Processing Unit (RPU).
CRF4600 RFIC IP in TSMC 65nm LP
A compact ultra-small form factor solution with minimal external components to drive the costs for mass volumes and allows for flexibility in size, form and function. The CRF4600 Wi-Fi RFIC IP targets automotive V2X applications and support dual-band IEEE 802.11n/ac/p 1×1/2×2.
CRF4510 RFIC IP in TSMC 65nm LP
The Ensigma high-performance CRF45xx and CRF46xx Wi-Fi RFIC IPs in TSMC 65nm LP provide a highly flexible, dual-band Wi-Fi solution capable of supporting up to IEEE 802.11n/ac 4×4 MIMO, IEEE 802.11p and Bluetooth 5.0.
Integrated front ends
With an integrated front end and internal power amplifiers we enable a small PCB footprint, designed for QFN packages, an analog IQ-interface whilst providing easy integration with baseband SoCs.
