Digital Legends Entertainment is Barcelona’s international games development studio, distinguished worldwide by award-winning 3D smartphone games powered by in-house cutting-edge technology across native platforms. The company was founded in 2001 by key members of the Severance/Blade the Edge of Darkness video game developed on PC. Its B2B customers include major game Publishers, market leading OEM’s and technology companies. Its primary focus since 2006 is on mobile native platforms envisioning a convergence between mobile and handheld digital consumption and technologies.

DLE serves as Nokia First Party Developer since 2004 and has won nominations from as “Best E3 Mobile Game” and from the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences’ “Best Cell Game of the Year” for the fighting game “ONE”.

It has been also the winner of “Excellence in 3D” award by International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA) in 2008 and includes other nominations for “Best Mobile Game” and “Best Technology”, “Best Developer Company” by Mobile Entertainment Industry Awards and “Best Gameplay” nominee by IMGA in 2009.

Its scrolling-fighter iPhone game Kroll presented on-stage during Apple’s iPhone 3G global launch during the world-wide Developer Conference 2008 (San Francisco) (WWDC08), was the winner of the “People’s Choice Award” by IMGA in 2009.

The company’s latest game Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior, in co-publishing and co-production fashion with Indiagames, is also the winner of 2010 IMGA awards edition of the “People’s Choice Award”.
