Re: Directorate

The Board of Imagination Technologies announces the following changes which are effective as of today:-

In light of his responsibilities as Finance Director of Anite Group Plc, Simon Hunt has decided to step down as a Non Executive Director of the Board. Simon joined Imagination Technologies in 1995 as the company started to implement its successful IP licensing strategy. We thank him for his commitment and support and for his invaluable guidance through this critical phase in Imagination’s development. We wish him well for the future.

We are particularly pleased to secure the services of David Hurst-Brown to replace Simon Hunt with immediate effect. David has over 15 years experience in corporate finance at UBS Warburg. His knowledge of the city and his experience in advising UK technology companies will prove valuable as the company embarks on its next phase of growth. We welcome David to the Board.

There are no further disclosures required under paragraph 16.4 of the listing rules.
